The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Foster a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment that encourages safety and comfort for clients.
Direct and guide clients with a gentle hand, offering clear instructions on poses that align with our studio's aesthetic and celebrate their individuality.
Capture the essence of empowerment and beauty in each shoot, focusing entirely on the artistry and connection of the moment.
Work closely with clients to ensure their experience is empowering, fun, and transformative.
Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times, ensuring the utmost privacy and discretion for our clients.
Work collaboratively with our styling and makeup team to ensure each client's vision comes to life.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in boudoir or portrait photography, with a strong portfolio that highlights your ability to connect and capture the essence of your subjects.
Passionate about creating a difference in the lives of women, with a deep commitment to empowerment and body positivity.
Enthusiastic about focusing on the artistic and relational aspects of photography, with a preference for leaving business operations to others.
Excellent communicator, capable of building trust and making clients feel at ease.
Previous experience managing a photography studio or running a photography business is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of how to create a safe, comfortable, and empowering space for women of all backgrounds and body types.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in people and their stories.
Technical proficiency in photography equipment.
Ability to work flexibly according to client schedules, including weekends
