I am currently searching for a female personal trainer for in-home training on a daily basis.
At least Monday Thru Friday but open to more days. At least once per day but open to twice per day eventually.
About me: I need some help and direction getting fit/back into shape after 3 pregnancies. Looking for very rigorous workouts each day consisting of cardio, strength training and maybe yoga too. Ideally, with a focus on the right places, abs, legs, chest and glutes etc.
My husband needs help getting into shape and wants to start slowly at only 3 days per week for the first 3 weeks as he has some health issues. He’s looking for a life transformation. Looking for someone who can understand and tailor workouts to his unique needs and current limitations.
Training will start off in our home workout area where we have some equipment, weights TRX, Bosu, resistance bands etc etc.
