Job Description
Lead Test AnalystRemote1 yr contract Key responsibilities include:- Develop and own the test objectives (ART Level), organizational test policies, ART test strategies and methodology, and all phases of testing and test execution (e.g., CIT (Customer Integration Testing) Test Plans and Exit Reports
- Coordinates with RTE, PMs, POs, and Scrum Masters to understand execution requirements and blockers between interfaces, systems, and various participating teams (internally and externally)
- Lead and monitor the analysis, development, design, implementation and execution of the manual and automated test cases, test procedures, and test suites
- Act as a thought leader across the program test leadership
- Continuously strives to increase quality processes and reduce the overhead
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage of the regression testing (CIT Teams, as well as ART overall)
- Escalates and reports on test results and processes
- Proactively identifies potential gaps/issues across ARTS
- Participate in all ART and QA ceremonies as part of the ART Leadership and provides a testing lens during ART level reviews and planning
- Coordinate the Environmental needs of the ART to support testing needs
- Manages test analysts in testing specific application upgrades and maintenance releases. Responsible for developing test plans, testing strategies and test cases and ensuring project schedules. Works closely with cross functional teams from internal departments
- Ensure alignment and collaboration with Program governance and the Program Testing teams
- Demonstrated experience with strategic development and tactical execution of Test and Test Enablement strategy, methodologies, policies, and processes in an agile environment (SAFe preferred)
- Strong experience in testing DaaS and integrations, continuous development / continuous delivery, and testing tools and methods
- Knowledge of defect management methods and processes
- Experience utilizing tools and automation techniques as part of an overall test strategy in a data-intensive environment
- Experience with an agile software development life cycle and the importance of QA involvement throughout the entire cycle
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) tool
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization including project and technical teams
- Bachelor's degree plus related experience in an applicable domain
- 6+ years' experience in data warehouse, business analysis, operations support, business intelligence, software development, project management, or other related domains. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements
- Experience as a business analyst or business systems analyst a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- The preferred candidate will have a proven knowledge of the banking industry, including loan and deposit systems in a data warehouse environment
- Ability to deal with highly sensitive and confidential information and adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols and procedures
