Part-Time On-Site Customer Service Position

We are seeking to hire a dynamic, bi-lingual (English and Spanish) individual to develop strong relationships with customers and workers, do on-site customer service inspections, and sell periodic services to our clientele. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and computer skills, have a vehicle they can use for work, and be willing to respond to calls after hours and weekends. Applicants who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

This is a temporary position with the possibility of a permanent role following a 90-day introductory period. Candidates must reside in or near Salt Lake County and be fluent in Spanish. Travel will take you as far South as Provo, as far East as Park City, and as far North as Brigham City.

This position is a critical hire for us and therefore you will be interviewed and screened by our Regional Director, one of the founders of the company and a couple of other office staff. A typing, Word and Excel test will be given to ensure you meet some of the requirements and able to perform duties.

You will spend roughly 50% of your time meeting with customers, inspecting their buildings, and up-selling services, 25% of your time talking with our cleaning crews (franchise owners), and 25% of your time driving. Expected Start Date – ASAP. Has potential to transfer to a full-time position (in 6-12 months), if desired.

We anticipate this position to be 20 hours per week, plus infrequent coordination on nights and weekends. While this is largely a customer service position, the candidate should have a strong sales mentality.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet with current business clients regarding cleaning services of their facility

2. Meet with Franchise Owners regarding their businesses, sharing feedback you receive from their customers

3. Enter inspection records in our software, reporting to Regional Director

4. Procure and coordinate additional services (strip/wax, carpet cleaning, etc.)

5. Data entry on Excel spreadsheets and send proposals to clients using Word/PDF
