About the Job:
We’re hiring a Business Development Rep (BDR) to help our sales team generate leads and set up meetings with companies that want to streamline their logistics or upgrade their ERP systems.
You’ll be doing outbound outreach to ecommerce and manufacturing companies, qualifying leads, and passing them to Account Executives. If you’re good on the phone, can write clear emails, and want to break into tech/software sales — this is for you.
Main Responsibilities:
Call and email potential customers to pitch our solution
Book intro calls and product demos for our sales team
Research companies that match our ideal customer profile
Track your activities in our CRM system
Help follow up with leads from webinars, events, and campaigns
Requirements:
Some experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service
Good communication and follow-up skills
Familiar with tools like email, spreadsheets, and maybe LinkedIn
Reliable and organized
Desire to grow in software sales
