Junior Administrative Assistant needed at a growing family-owned construction / engineering company. Current assistant will be pursuing MBA in the fall, and successor needed no later than early/mid-September. Recent college graduates encouraged to apply!

YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent spreadsheet skills
Degree in business and/or engineering is preferred, but others considered
Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite (preferred)
The availability to work 40 hours per week, with 8 hours remote possible
Some local travel is needed (reimbursed); international travel occasionally (A valid driver’s license is required)

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:
Accompany executive to inspect work sites
Act as liaison to coordinate business contacts and schedules
Answer phones and emails
Complete entry-level bookkeeping, including recording expenses, organizing receipts, and completing other transaction records
Resolve billing issues with clients
Research relevant topics and provide summary reports
Contribute to internal database data entry
Facilitate company events and business meetings
Coordinate with Senior Administrative Assistant as needed
