We’re hiring a skilled Solar Installer with leadership experience. Must be confident with bending conduit, roof work, ground mounts, and training/directing crews.
Requirements:
2+ years of solar installation experience
Strong conduit and rooftop skills
Able to lead and train small teams
Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
Electrical or NABCEP certification is a plus
Duties:
Install rooftop and ground-mounted systems
Run and bend EMT conduit cleanly and to code
Lead and support installation crews
Maintain safe and organized job sites
