Lawn Care Crew Lead

We are seeking experienced Lawn Care Crew Leads to join our team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience leading a lawn care or landscape crew, as well as a valid US driver's license and the experience safely operating trucks, trailers, and lawn care equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and working alongside a crew of 2-3 team members to complete daily jobs to company quality standards.
Safely driving company truck and trailer to job sites.
Logging job details using company tablet (English or Spanish options available).
Training and coaching team members as needed.
Using a variety of landscape equipment, such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and pruners.
Performing landscape cleanup work.
Requirements:
US Driver's License with good record. International Licenses and Driver's Privilege Cards not accepted.
2+ years of professional experience with lawn care or landscaping.
Ability to safely drive company truck and trailer.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Works well in a team environment.
Reliable, responsible, and friendly.
Ability to lift heavy equipment or objects.
Work Schedule:
Workday starts at 8 AM, Monday through Friday.
Regular schedule starts in March and runs through early December.
