We are a Property Management company looking to partner with a local Handyman/ Independent Contractor that has their own tools and vehicle to do repairs, unit turnovers, ect for 2 commercial buildings located off W. 500 S in Salt Lake City. Property is approx 57,000 square feet, spread across 26 units.
Unfortunately our current handyman of 10 years is retiring. Candidates must be reliable, on-time, and professional. Must have experience working with Property Management companies and must provide references prior to an interview being scheduled. This position is based on time and materials only (no bids), rates to be negotiated. Guaranteed work throughout the year!
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Painting
- Drywall
- Swamp Coolers
- Getting units ready to rent
- Move in / out inspections
- General construction and Property maintenance
