We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman who can lead and manage a window and door installation team by overseeing quality of work and ensuring that projects are completed on time.
Candidate is familiar and comfortable with managing a crew of 1 to 2 apprentices and is prepared to teach and guide individuals to become stronger support on the job.
Comfortable with managing quality control, safety regulation, lead abatement practice, following codes, closing out jobs and communicating with customers/vendors/owner/office.
Manage jobs by reporting any issues and documentation that is required for auditing.

Requirements:
Minimum of three years’ experience with window and door installation
Truck and Tools preferred (trailer provided)
Valid Driver’s license
Willingness to Travel (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Qualifications:
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Be on your feet for long periods of time.
Self-motivated and strong work ethic.
Be able to lift over 50lbs.
Install windows/Doors per code and manufacture spec.
