Job type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Day shift
Under limited supervision, plan, direct, and supervise the work activities, customer satisfaction, profitability, and the day-to-day operations and management. Estimate heavy duty truck collision repair costs including parts and labor. Order parts, as needed, for collision repairs. Collaborating with the team to report on collision repair timelines to manage customer's expectations.
Competencies:
Experience with collision repair estimation software
At least two to five years of hands-on collision repair experience including areas like body, paint, estimation, and management
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
