Tier 2 Help Desk (Swing Shift) Salt Lake City. Utah $20.00 to $25.00 per hour 6 month contract to hire Description: Our client is seeking a Swing Shift 2pm o 11pm Tier 2 helpdesk support specialist to work Monday -Friday in their Salt Lake office. The Help-Desk Support will support the Salt Lake office and Provo office. The individual will take calls and help with tickets as they come in from internal staff with desktop and laptop questions and problems. Required Skills:
  • 2+ years Helpdesk Support experience
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate on the phone
  • Experience with exchange, Windows, MS Office, Printers
  • Experience with responding / resolving tickets
