Come grow with the largest self-storage company in the world and find out why so many of our employees recommend us as a great place to work.The Sr Network Administrator will provide advanced support and management for enterprise systems, and field endpoint devices by installing, configuring, delivering, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems and software. They will monitor, performance, and operational issues for a verity of network, computer systems and end user devices to ensure performance meets company and user requirements. They will also work with other network professionals on projects, cyber security measures, install hardware or software and troubleshoot problems. This position is directly supervised in several aspects of work. Primary Responsibilities:

Resolveadvanced servicedesk tickets according to SLA

Accurately document customer interactions and incident resolutions in a service desk ticketing system

Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot, applications, computer systems, peripherals and other IT systems including but not limited toserver operating systems, enterprise applications, firewalls, switch, router, WAPS and telecommunications equipment

Manage Active Directory user accounts and groups. Maintain, Audit and update Active Directory - Including Cloud/Office 365 access for multiple services, groups, users, permissions

Trainsusers, as well as troubleshoot, analyze and resolves Audio-Visual equipment issues

Maintain inventory and perform audits of installed software, Hardware and, manage software licensing

Create documentation, training material,presentations and mentor teams on procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions.

Participate in IT projectsby having an assigned role in team projects withdirection and guidance

Be a subject matter expert in 6-8specific core technology areas (SCCM, Intune, Meraki, Active Directory, Azure AD, PowerShell, Python, Windows server, VMware)

Job Specifications

Expert technical experience with Windows operating systems, computer hardware and windows server operating systems

Excellent customer service, communication,presentationand written skills

Comfortable working with all levels of employees from interns to C level executives

Eagerness to learn, stay current, and adapt tonew technologies and changes

Enthusiastic and positive attitude

Flexibility to work assigned shift which can include Saturday’s and Sundays as shift demands

Highly organized and detail-orientedin managing assigned service desk tickets and project tasks with follow thru to resolution

A Key contributor to Department andteams goals, KPI’s and OKR’s

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GEDrequired, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred

6 or more yearsof large enterprise network administration work-related experience and ora combination of work, educational experience,and skills that align with the competency profile for this position

At least 4years of expert experience with windows server operating systems,VMware, Activedirectory,Azure AD, and enterprise hardware

5 years of expertlevel experience with Firewalls, VPN, switches,routers, networking troubleshooting and configuration, (Cisco, Meraki, preferred) in a large enterprise network with at least 100’s of sites/locations

Expert level experience with VOIP and telecoms troubleshooting, and configuration required (RingCentral or Cisco preferred)

Advanced level of experience withDVR and Camera systems

4years or more of expert level experience with large multi-site (3000+ endpoint devices)enterprise desktop managementsolutions experience requiredwith tools such as Microsoft Endpoint configuration manager, SCCM/ISTM or equivalent enterprise desktopmanagementtool (SCCM, Microsoft endpoint manager, Intune,Meraki MDM, preferred), familiar with SCCm/Intune comanagement.

Certified in one or more of the following: MCSA, Cisco CCNA, PMP, or equivalent advanced certifications based on current technologies

Advanced to expert level of scripting with PowerShell and Python experience required

Experience managing IOT devices at scale
