Role: ServiceNow Senior Developer
Location: Salt Lake City, UT - Onsite
Type: Contract
 Key Responsibilities
    Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services.
    Implementation: Implement ServiceNow solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
    Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications to facilitate seamless data flow and automation.
    Maintenance: Maintain and enhance ServiceNow instances, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
    Consultation: Provide expert advice and consultation on ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
    Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Operations, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
    Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, processes, and user guides.
    Training: Train and mentor junior developers and administrators on the ServiceNow platform and development practices.Qualifications
    Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer are required. Additional certifications in ITIL, Agile, or specific ServiceNow modules are a plus.
    Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs, web services, and integration techniques.
    Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
