RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Senior DevOps Terraform Engineer in Salt Lake City, UT.
REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years working in a Systems or DevOps role At least 2 years in working in an enterprise environment Configuration management experience (Salt, Chef, Puppet) Terraform experience Shell scripting and or development experience Solid understanding of networking concepts: the OSI model, TCP, IP, routing, firewalls, load balancers Solid understanding of Linux operating system concepts and conventional programming methodologies Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal support and guidance Effective written and verbal communication skills Understanding of multi-tiered applications and J2EE Java developmentDesired Qualifications/Skills: Ability to mentor, be mentored, and partner with peers Experience with Centralized Logging (Splunk, Elk) Experience with Configuration Management Tools (Salt, Chef, Puppet) Service discovery and registration tools (Consul) Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) Experience with container deployments (Docker, RKT, etc.) Experience with scheduling tools (Kubernetes, Mesos, etc.)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
