We invite qualified applicants residing across the United States.As a key member of the Environmental Standards Forensic team, you will be responsible for a full range of activities including:

Become familiar with Environmental Standards' administrative personnel and department capabilities. This familiarization should include specific knowledge of corporate personnel policies and procedures, timekeeping and expense accounting procedures, project accounting and time reconciliation procedures, etc.

Become familiar with our Business Development (BD) personnel and department capabilities. This familiarization should include specific knowledge of how to utilize our Customer Relations Management (CRM) software, sales experience and practices of the firm's BD personnel, and the resources available for BD purposes.

Become familiar with our established areas of practice, namely Chemistry, EHSS, and Environmental Data Management to a level adequate to identify potential opportunities and to sell these services.

Review and become familiar with Chemistry SOPs relating to data validation, site assessment activities, and corporate Health and Safety protocols.

Demonstrate industry-leading understanding of the principles of analysis, the requirements for compliance and admissibility, and the procedures for validation.

Observe, if available, laboratory audits conducted to determine laboratory compliance with The TNI Standard, ISO/IEC 17025, Technical Specification Manuals, and other documented quality management systems.

Participate as a senior team member in environmental and environmental forensic data review and interpretation projects.

Engage your indust y contacts to actively sell services offered by Environmental Standards.

Identify ways our services can be used in chemical forensic applications to industries nationwide.

Provide project management and function as a leader in laboratory procedural review and environmental data interpretation for a variety of established analytical methods, including organic and inorganic analytes.

Demonstrate industry-leading understanding of the principles of analysis, the requirements for compliance and admissibility, and the procedures for validation. Navigate independently to successfully market to and for other Environmental Standards staff and capabilities.

Conduct, when assigned, laboratory audits to determine laboratory compliance with The TNI Standard, ISO/IEC 17025, Technical Specification Manuals, and other documented quality management systems.

Prepare and provide authoritative supervision on the preparation of program quality documents, including SAP/QAPPs, SOPs, QMPs, and Technical Specification Manuals.

Provide meaningful technical and marketing support during the growth of the company's Chemistry practice, and take responsibility for identifying, screening, and training new hires in the discipline.

Actively participate in business development and growth initiatives for the environmental forensics practice, including meeting sales goals.

Identify qualified leads and develop successful proposals to establish a book of work for yourself and junior staff.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, or an allied science from an accredited college or university; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 10+ years of environmental analytical data validation experience, or environmental analytical laboratory experience focused on QA or client services/project management.

Minimum of 5+ years of environmental chemical forensic data interpretation experience.

Strong grasp of statistical data evaluation techniques.

Strong understanding of US EPA methods for the preparation and analysis of environmental samples.

Strong understanding of interpretation and data

usability assessment.

Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and their application to environmental data review.

Strong English written and oral communication skills.
