Current psychologist license in the state of Utah (PhD, PsyD)
Current clinical license in the state of Utah in the mental health counseling field ( LCSW , CMHC )
2+ years post-licensure psychotherapy experience
Meets DOPL requirements to provide mental health therapy supervision in the state of Utah
