Job Description

My female owned and operated Salesforce client is ready to take on the new Salesforce world. But they could use some Salesforce solutioning expertise to get there. They are seeking an experienced senior Salesforce consultant to join them in crystallizing their brand offering and strategizing an actionable implementation plan. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of leading startups to growth and creating tangible benefits and assets. Our fast-paced office environment is full of creative thinkers and doers who collaborate to get ideas off the ground. We're looking for a consultant who thinks big and can feel at home within our high-energy culture.

Objectives of this Role

Lead end-to-end Salesforce.com projects
Work heavily with data migration
Consulting and/or project management experience
Navigate, maintain, and develop client relationships
Mentor junior Salesforce talent

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Act as POC for engagements and customers
Oversee diver teams assigned to your engagements
Help mitigate risk and issues
Create and present solutions for projects
Coach subordinates through delivery process

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Consulting experience
2+ years leading Salesforce Projects
Salesforce Certifications
Financial Service Cloud
Understanding of the Real Estate industry
