Move boldly in the quest for superior and best in market solutions.Job Description:The Pitney Bowes Bank President reports to the Senior Vice President and President, Financial Services and is responsible for the overall strategic and operational performance of the bank. The incumbent is accountable for the revenue and net income generation of the bank and is responsible for the long-term sustainability of the institution. This role oversees and has ultimate responsibility for all functional components of the bank to ensure successful operations including: Front Office origination, Middle Office transactional processing and credit servicing, and Back Office portfolio management, collections, compliance, regulatory, finance and accounting, and reporting. and its growth and profitability agenda. The Bank President provides strong leadership for the company by working with internal management and stakeholders as well as the bank Board of Directors and other supervisory bodies to establish operating goals and objections and accompanying plans to enable successful execution.You will:

Be responsible for the overall performance, delivery and activities of the Pitney Bowes Bank.

Lead and have accountability for revenue and net income performance of the bank. Manage the bank’s balance sheet in compliance with capital adequacy, liquidity, and other required ratios to ensure the long-term sustainability of the institution.

Oversee and have ultimate responsibility for all functional components of the bank to ensure successful operations including Front Office origination, Middle Office transactional processing and credit servicing, and Back Office portfolio management, collections, compliance, regulatory, finance and accounting, and reporting.

Identify, develop, and execute long-term strategies to enable the sustainability of the bank. These include but are not limited to accountability for growth and market penetration strategies, portfolio mix and quality, operational infrastructure and efficiencies, and customer satisfaction.

Drive the acceleration of New Product Introductions to contemporize the bank’s product portfolio and create long term revenue streams in the small business lending market to stabilize the bank’s assets. This includes but is not limited to working capital solutions and commercial asset-based lending.

Manage and oversee delivery of key performance indicators across the bank that measure and guide the bank’s success against goals, effectiveness, and overall outcomes.

Lead the bank management team and oversee the bank’s personnel and the development of the organizational capacity to deliver against the bank’s goals and requirements. Maintain high-performance levels and drive the Pitney Bowes culture and values system across the bank.

Serve as bank management’s main representative to the Board of Director’s ensuring transparency and alignment that enables the Board to fulfill its fiduciary, statutory, regulatory, and other obligations.

Coordinates all Bank Board and committee meetings, internal management committee meetings and ensures adequate execution and follow-up in a governed fashion.

Lead and implement continuous improvement in the bank’s operations and processes. Champion and drive necessary infrastructure enhancements to the bank leveraging digital transformation and IT systems capabilities to ensure delivery of customer-centric services and improve data driven decision making.

Regularly work with and serve as the face and main point of contact of the bank to its regulators. Lead all supervisory engagement, relationships, bank reviews and examinations and ensure the bank remains well run and capitalized.

Ensure that regulatory reporting and operational activities are completed in a safe and sound manner in compliance with regulatory and industry standard practices.

Closely oversee the investment management portfolio and practices of the bank to ensure sound liquidity management.

Participate in trade associations, advisory panels and workgroups, and government relations initiatives to promote policy making, and other regulatory change that supports the long-term objectives of the Bank and PBI.

Manage the bank’s CRA programs and drive community engagement activities to meet regulatory requirement.

Serve as a member of Pitney Bowes Financial Services Leadership team working closely with the President, Financial Services and other stakeholders to execute and deliver against corporate and bank initiatives.

Identifying strategic / operational risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place, taking appropriate action to minimize any actual or potential impact.

You have:

Proven successful experience leading a bank

Fifteen or more years of experience in the banking or finance industry in lending, investments, credit, risk management, and bank operations.

Five years or more banking regulatory management experience

Ten or more years of experience in senior executive management.

Exceptional P&L leadership and management skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong relationship management with proven experience in vendor management

Completes all annual, required compliance exams and has technical depth to understand bank policy, laws, regulations, as applicable to the responsibilities of the role.
