Job Title: Operations ProcessorJob DescriptionThis position will be responsible for entering data given to the operations team by the Logistics and Accounting teams. The Operations Processor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operational tasks within the organization. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The Operations Processor will primarily be responsible for heavy 10-key data entry and processing, requiring a high level of accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Processing:
Perform accurate and timely data entry using a 10-key numeric keypad.
Process various types of data, including financial transactions, customer information, and operational records.
Ensure data integrity and adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
Microsoft Office Proficiency:
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to perform routine tasks and generate reports.
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas, formatting, and data manipulation, is required.
Documentation and Recordkeeping:
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all processed transactions and activities.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to operational procedures and workflows.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular quality checks on processed data to identify and correct errors.
Follow established quality assurance protocols to ensure accuracy and completeness of work.
