Job Description
Norco, Inc. is currently offering a signing bonus of $1,500 for this position. Details of the signing bonus can be discussed during the interview.Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill ourIndustrial Store Customer Service Representative position. TheIndustrial Store Customer Service Representative isresponsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers.Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way
- Answer telephone calls promptly
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
- Sell welding and safety products and services to customer
- Process customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computer
- Research products needed for customer special applications
- Follow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situation
- Keep sales literature current and organized
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of all industrial products and gases
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
- Valid Driver's License
This job is paying $17-$19/hr depending on experience.
