Human Resources Manager

Description We are currently looking for an experienced, technology-savvy, and globally-oriented HR Manager for North America based at our Salt Lake City office. This person will have the unique opportunity of shaping our organization’s HR policies and contributing to our global growth. Some travel will be required.Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and implement HR initiatives and systems across North American offices.

Understand business needs and ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services and programs.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high level of excellence in hires.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations where needed.

Assess training needs, develop, and monitor training programs.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP will be preferred.

Minimum 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably with global experience and in a high growth technology sector.

Tech-savvy with demonstrated proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office suite, and virtual meeting applications.

Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.

Proven experience managing a range of HR activities including training, recruitment, performance management and employee relations.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
