UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Fire Safety Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in Fire Safety, your duties will encompass the servicing, repair, and upkeep of portable fire equipment and emergency lighting systems for our existing clientele. You'll also play a role in advocating and vending supplementary services and products to current and potential clientele.When working with UniFirst First Aid + Safety,we provide a variety of shifts.Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer contentment.·Offer service, repair, and maintenance for portable fire equipment and emergency exit lighting systems for our established customer base post-training.·Utilize our industry-leading expertise to perform systems testing and inspections and identify code and non-conformance issues.·Promote and sell additional products and services.·Perform other duties as assigned per management.QualificationsWhat we’re looking for: ·Must be 18 years of age or older.·High school diploma or GED equivalent required.·Experience in performing monthly and annual inspections on portable fire extinguishers.·Experience in sales and upselling fire/safety-safety related products and services preferred.·Must have a Fire Extinguisher license or certification, as required by State, County, and/or City.· Must have an NPFA Extinguisher Certification/License.·Must have a keen eye for detail, quickly detecting any errors or mistakes.·Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.About UniFirst First Aid + Safety UniFirst First Aid + Safety is a division of the UniFirst Corporation.
