Performs high-level departmental needs assessments and analysis.

Evaluates cost and resource constraints and makes recommendations.

Creates long-term, multi-departmental master plans.

Develops project proposals by coordinating with department and other related business units.

Plans and coordinates multiple services to meet departmental needs.

May prepare special studies and reports for regulatory agencies.

May negotiate interdepartmental layout and space stipulations.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalency required (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education). Three years directly related experience. Commitment to provide excellent customer service, planning and analytical skills required. Demonstrated human relations and effective communications skills also required.
