Job Description:Scope:Intermountain’s Transformation and Learning Institute (Institute) is at the forefront of driving high-impact transformation in healthcare. This visionary leader will spearhead our mission to revolutionize healthcare, leveraging their extensive network and reputation to convene the foremost thought leaders and doers to galvanize collaborative efforts that result in tangible, nationwide improvements to the US healthcare system.Job Essentials:

Develop, organize, and help implement strategic initiatives with health systems, philanthropies, and other healthcare market participants that promote large-scale, high-impact, and patient-focused transformation across the national healthcare ecosystem.

Foster trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare executives, academic leaders, and policy makers, to advance the Institute's objectives.

Convene and lead national forums, think tanks, and collaborations to address critical healthcare issues and develop actionable and scalable solutions.

Collaborate with leading academic and scientific institutions and researchers to identify, explore, and advance market-based solutions to healthcare market failures.

Collaborate with internal leadership programs to cultivate the next generation of healthcare innovators and leaders.

Identify and pursue venture opportunities that align with the Institute's mission and have the potential for significant impact on healthcare delivery.

Serve as the Institute's representative and spokesperson, articulating our vision and impact to a diverse array of audiences.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare, public health, or a related field.

Established presence and credibility within the national healthcare landscape.

Demonstrated success in building consensus and driving change across large, complex organizations or systems.

A robust network of contacts among healthcare thought leaders, policy makers, and influencers.

Strong strategic thinking, business development, and analytical skills, with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on future vision articulation, negotiation, and persuasion.

Advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, Administration, Finance, or related field; PhD preferred.

Extensive experience in an executive leadership role within the healthcare industry with a proven track record of success.

Experience in strategic planning and execution, managing company-wide operations and developing financially successful and innovative projects.

A known and demonstrated healthcare thought leader that convene groups to solve industry wide problems.

Experience working with a board of directions and managing stakeholder relationships.

This is an exempt, full-time position with a compensation range of $520,000 - $832,000 annually and as determined by prior years of relevant experience.
