This position plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional student services support and contributing to the success of recruiting and admissions initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about events, hospitality, and delivering premier customer service to EMBA students, ensuring a world-class experience throughout their academic journey.This job is considered “essential.” Therefore, it is required that the employee be on campus, in person.Responsibilities

Coordinate EMBA Class Days:

Interact with EMBA students and support faculty with academic needs.

Manage logistics for class days, including catering, IT and equipment, course materials, and addressing student needs.

Demonstrate high autonomy and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Event Planning and Implementation:

Plan, organize, and execute student and alumni events, such as social hours, orientation, graduation, guest speakers, and alumni events.

Maintain accurate and detailed event records to enhance future planning and execution.

Collaborate with the Manager on evaluation for events, new programs, and other assigned projects.

Student Support:

Serve as a resource for EMBA students, addressing questions and advising on program components.

Foster positive relationships with students, providing guidance on issues associated with the program.

Budget Management:

Responsible for budget tracking, reconciling bills, and billing to the appropriate account.

Ensure financial efficiency in event planning and student support initiatives.

Communication and Collaboration:

Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, working closely with working professionals and executives.

Recruiting & Admissions:

Assist with recruiting and admissions. This includes significant interpersonal communication to discuss program details with prospective students over the phone, via email, and in person.
