Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned ERP SaaS Integration Architect with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), CI/CD pipelines, and WebLogic administration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrating ERP systems with SaaS applications, leveraging these Oracle technologies to design, implement, and manage seamless integration solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle ERP, OIC, ODI, SOA, CI/CD processes, WebLogic, and related technologies, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.#LI-VC7Career Level - IC5ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Architect Integration Solutions: Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions between Oracle ERP systems and various SaaS applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ODI, SOA, and WebLogic. Lead Integration Projects: Oversee and lead integration projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical best practices. Design and Develop Integration Flows: Utilize OIC, ODI, SOA, and WebLogic to create robust and scalable integration flows, including orchestrations, mappings, and data transformations between ERP systems and SaaS applications. CI/CD Implementation: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate integration deployments, ensuring rapid, reliable, and repeatable processes for deploying integration solutions. WebLogic Administration: Manage and administer Oracle WebLogic Server environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability for integration solutions. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of integrations. Monitor and Optimize Integrations: Implement monitoring solutions to track integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize integration processes for efficiency and reliability. Security and Compliance: Ensure that all integration solutions meet security and compliance requirements, adhering to industry standards and best practices. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes and provide training to internal teams and end-users on the use of integration solutions.Preferred Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in architecting and implementing integration solutions for ERP systems. Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), including design, development, and management of integrations. Strong experience with Oracle ERP, including modules such as Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management (HCM). Proven track record of integrating SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow) with Oracle ERP systems. Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for integration solutions. Proficiency in Oracle WebLogic Server administration, including installation, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of integration concepts, including REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and data mapping. Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) components, including Integration, Process Automation, and Visual Builder. Expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for data integration and transformation tasks. Experience with Oracle SOA Suite for building, deploying, and managing service-oriented architectures. Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and other Oracle SaaS applications. Strong knowledge of security protocols and best practices for cloud integration. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
