Environmental Engineer - 2 year minimum experience

AECOM is seeking an Environmental Engineer II to be based out of Salt Lake City, Utah office.The successful candidate will have a background in environmental engineering and a successful work history of environmental investigations. A background in remediation is preferred.Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:Support AECOM projects in the areas of contaminated sediments, soil and groundwater remediation, environmental compliance, and Environmental Social and Governance (ESG)/Sustainability initiative.Work with senior level staff to provide technical analysis and deliverables for current and prospective clients for remedial investigations, feasibility studies, remedial design, remedial action, fate and transport modeling, innovative sampling approaches, etc.Planning and directing field activities for data collection, and data management.Maintain positive working relationships with client contacts, suppliers, contractors, engineering consultants, academia, and external agencies.Engage in internal Technical Practice Groups, coordinate with company’s regional and national experts and professional development.
