The OpportunityAs part of the Risk and Compliance team you’ll lead the creation and implementation of impactful ethics and business conduct initiatives. As a Senior Manager you’ll guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. This role requires Spanish speaking skills as it involves collaboration with PwC Mexico and ACs that speak Spanish, and managing ethics and investigations, emphasizing related policy writing/analysis and data/analytics reporting.Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of ethics and business conduct initiatives

Guide large-scale projects and innovate processes to achieve operational excellence

Collaborate with clients at a senior level to support project success

Utilize Spanish language skills for clear communication with PwC Mexico and Spanish-speaking ACs

Manage ethics investigations and emphasize policy writing and analysis

Oversee data and analytics reporting related to ethics and compliance

Foster an environment of transparency and integrity

Coach and motivate teams to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional results

What You Must Have

High School Diploma

6 years of experience managing ethics and investigations, emphasizing related policy writing/analysis and data/analytics reporting

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Examining complex and sensitive complaints

Developing and improving policies and processes

Providing professional services in audit, finance, law, forensics, tax, risk or advisory

Reviewing or auditing report writing, and trend analysis

Managing ethics, code-of-conduct, compliance and related topics

Possessing audit or examination skills

Leveraging written and verbal communication skills

Conducting root cause analyzes
