Job Family :Digital ConsultingTravel Required :Up to 50%Clearance Required :NoneWhat You Will Do :As a Digital Health Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance for implementing digital health solutions that enhance healthcare services, improve patient outcomes and experiences, and optimize healthcare workflows across all care delivery settings. You will need to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, technologists, and clients to design, develop and implement digital health technologies. As a Senior Consultant – Digital Health Advisory you will be working with our clients to provide digital health consulting and solution evaluation and implementation services from technology operational model design and implementation, enterprise architecture, technology procurement, technology service design, strategic planning and more. You will work across a breadth of engagements and collaborate with other consultants across the Consulting division.The Digital Health Senior Consultant at Guidehouse includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Work with health professionals to identify areas where digital health technologies can be used to improve healthcare services, patient outcomes, and workflows
Develop and implement digital health strategies and solutions that meet the needs of district health boards, patients, and other stakeholders
Evaluate the effectiveness of digital health technologies and make recommendations for improvement
Ensure that digital health solutions comply with industry standards, regulations, and ethical principles
Collaborate with technology teams to ensure that digital health solutions are integrated with other healthcare technologies and systems
Train health professionals on how to use digital health technologies
Remain current with emerging digital health technologies and trends and advise on their potential use in healthcare
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, or related field
Experience with healthcare workflows, patient care, and electronic health records
Experience working with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Knowledge of healthcare solutions and knowledge of emerging digital health technologies and trends
Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work with healthcare data analysis and visualization tools
Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Master’s degree
Experience with / interest in software development & SDLC
The annual salary range for this position is $77,500.00-$155,000.00.
