The successful candidate will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and meeting room equipment, with a focus on resolving print and meeting room-related issues. Responsibilities:Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot and resolve printer issues, including installation, configuration, and repairSupport meeting room technology, including video conferencing equipment and presentation systemsInstall, configure, and maintain print servers and printersManage print queues and resolve print-related issuesCollaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless supportDocument incident resolutions and maintain accurate recordsStay up to date with new technologies and trends in desktop support, printing, and meeting room technology Requirements:2+ years of experience in desktop support or related fieldStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop hardwareExperience with printer troubleshooting and repairFamiliarity with meeting room technology and video conferencing systemsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Specialized Skills:Print server managementPrinter troubleshooting and repairMeeting room technology supportVideo conferencing system support Nice to Have:Certification in desktop support or related field (e.g., CompTIA A+)Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and servicesExperience in a similar industry or sector
