Interprets program policies and advises program participants on the application of regulations.Responsibilities

Coordinates and attends program activities including recruiting events (including arranging K-12 School visits and University classroom visits).

Manages the program scholarship application process.

Coordinates Ambassador assignments and presentation development.

Coordinates Model Teacher assignments at secondary schools.

Coordinates Experiential Internship assignments with secondary schools, departments, museums, outreach organizations, and other programs.

Updates and oversees Scholar contracts.

Responsible for program related publications and promotional or educational materials, including marketing materials and website content.

Responds to student, teacher and faculty inquiries in a timely manner, researching additional information as needed.

Schedules meetings and reserves meeting space.

Responsible for the procurement of food, supplies and materials for meetings, events and trainings while adhering to program budgets and university policies.

Others duties as assigned.
