Salesforce Business AnalystSalt Lake City, UT or RemoteContract to Hire: $45-$55 per hour / $90k-105k annual salary Our Client is SLC is looking to add a Salesforce Business Analyst to support their customer service team. You will plan, design, and gather requirements. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. You must have a solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud to qualify for his role. Required Skills:- 5+ years work experience as a Business Analyst
- Bring a solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and components related to customer service
- Understanding of how Customer Service departments work
- Experience in querying Salesforce data for use in business analysis
- Experience with project management
- SQL Development
- Ability to keep cool in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively with other teams
