Guest Specialist Responsibilities:
Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact and Speak Enthusiastically as you greet and serve each guest inside
Make Emotional Connections with Guests
Remove trays from tables
Provide table touch-ins to every guest dining in the restaurant
Fill drink refills and make desserts
Offer samples to guests dining in the restaurant and in the drive thru as needed
Maintain high cleanliness of the restaurant (inside and out)
Restock items
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
16+ years of age
Commit to working six (6) months or more
Have reliable transportation to/from Chick-fil-A
Must be able to work at the Sandy (South Towne Marketplace) and Draper locations as needed/scheduled
Able to work weekends
Punctual and Reliable
Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
Able to lift 25+ pounds
Obtain a Food Handlers Certification if hired
Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Maintain good hygiene and adhere to the uniform dress code at all times
Have natural color hair and no tattoos on the face, neck or hands
