We are working in the field of Cancer/Infectious Disease Therapy/Vaccines. We are looking for someone for one to two days per week to perform basic accounting and bookkeeping and office management tasks.
Primary Duties:
Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, payables, enter receipts, coding invoices and matching with packing slip, Accounts Receivable, deposits and bank reconciliation, and annually preparing books for an outside CPA firm to perform taxes and audit. Basic office management tasks, occasional inbound or outbound shipments, and other office tasks as needed from time to time in support of the team.
Qualifications:
Experience with computers, especially MS Office, Google Suite and QuickBooks Online (critical requirement)
Proven understanding of GAAP
Professional and Courteous disposition
Self-starter and organized worker
Accountable and responsible
