About the Role:
As the Passenger Ramp Manager, you will oversee all aspects of passenger handling and ramp services, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a positive experience for both passengers and employees. What You'll Do:
Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of supervisors and frontline employees to deliver outstanding ramp and passenger services.
Operational Excellence: Ensure daily operations meet or exceed service delivery expectations.
Safety Focus: Champion a culture of safety by actively leading and participating in our Safety Management System (SMS).
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues with a focus on results.
Customer Experience: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airport authorities, internal teams, and airline customers, ensuring smooth operations.
Team Development: Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in operations and implement corrective actions as needed.
Financial Oversight: Manage payroll hours and control operational costs while maintaining top-tier service.
Talent Management: Identify and develop future leaders, ensuring ongoing success and succession planning.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years of leadership in airport or aviation operations.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and empower a team.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility: Availability to work a varied schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Problem-Solving: Ability to make informed decisions quickly, under pressure.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience and education.
Language: Must be fluent in English.
