The main responsibility of a support staff is to guide our students to follow basic structure using a Positive Peer Culture Program. Supervise students with maintaining the student’s daily schedule, i.e. making sure that meals are served properly and manners are utilized, individual leisure time, activities, community projects, and provide a caring atmosphere between each student and other staff. Our goal is to work with employees that desire to be a role model for students, by striving to have high moral standards. All Full Time employees receive $10.000.00 Life Insurance.
We are accepting job applications for a couple of different shifts. This can be a rotating shifts position. Some weekends are required. You must be 21 years of age, pass a criminal background check, have your CPR/First Aide License, or obtain it within the first 60 days from hire; also some computer skills are helpful.
