We are looking for an excited, self motivated, hard working and reliable experienced Bookkeeping professional with excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to follow directions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following:

Provide superior Customer Service and management to all customers.

Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with every account and customer.

Build brand awareness by developing positive relationships with customers through high-quality service in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

Control both Accounts Payable by reconciling bills and vendor statements, as well as Accounts Receivables by doing collections both oral and written and doing daily deposits.

Always be a self starter and self motivated in improving and increasing daily projects and goals.

Assist Showroom Crew by answering phone and properly relaying messages.

Constantly organized with proper filing of all paperwork.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Including but not limited to the following:

Must be well versed in QuickBooks.

Be able to type 40 WPM or greater.

Must be fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Being able to or willing to learn how to do both pre-liens and liens is a plus.

Independent, self-motivated, and always willing to learn.

Must have above average computer skills.

Problem solving - the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and maintains confidentiality.

Interpersonal skills - the individual must maintain confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.

Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve.
