This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, so apply today!Job Duties:Perform quality checks on sheet metal parts Work using both in the metric as well as the U.S. standard units of measureSet up, operate and/or maintain production equipment, machines and tools using process documents, diagrams, and written instructionsUse a variety of machinist’s hand tools and precision measuring instruments to lay out stock for machiningProduce set-ups and adjustment holding tolerances to blueprint specificationInspect incoming raw parts from outside vendors as necessaryCollect, analyze, and report data from production processes requiring basic mathematical and statistical knowledge.Perform duties using regular test equipment in accordance with prescribed procedures, practices, and specifications. .Qualifications:4+ years of related experience preferredPress brake experience requiredWorking knowledge of measuring toolsHigh attentional to detail and basic math skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprint drawingsPrevious machine shop experience.To learn more about Volt, please visit: http://www.volt.com and to see more of our job postings, please visit: http://jobs.volt.comVolt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
