Thisfull-time Production Manager role located in American Fork, UThas three main responsibilities including producing a portfolio of events from start to finish, working as a skilled technician, and managing the production operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to be extremely organized. You will become an integral part of our team, planning and working all of our events. This role has a lot of potential for growth in all areas as you become a top performer and valued team member. This is a highly collaborative role so working effectively in a team environment is vital.
Production Manager Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of Charisma events, closely following company planning processes and maintaining project timelines
Handle all aspects of event planning and logistics coordination after contracts are signed
Hire and manage freelancer contractors includingtheir rates and schedules
Manage equipment rentals and coordinate with vendors
Conduct client calls and maintain professional email and phone communication
Perform onsite visits to assess venue requirements and limitations
Create renderings and mockups for event layouts and designs
Develop and implement signal flow diagrams for various event setups
Lead events from setup through show time and strike
Ensure client satisfaction through effective offboarding
Assist in developing and implementing company-wide production standards
Closely track and report expenses of each show
Occasionally help with the client quoting process

Technical Responsibilities:
Utilize broad knowledge of AV to work as audio, lighting, video technician. Core competency is expected in at least one area.
Set up and lead events by yourself or with a team for larger events
Leading and direct other AV technicians
Become an expert with all of our equipment, processes, and procedures
Ensure all equipment is functioning and programmed
Research gear and suggest which equipment should be purchased
Train new team members and freelancers on equipment operation and best practices
Have fun on our shows so everyone enjoys working with our team!
Additional duties as assigned
Operations Responsibilities:
Oversee all tasks related to equipment checks, maintenance, and repair to ensure all equipment is ready for each gig
Coordinate all activities related to onsite visits, inventory management, equipment repairs, loading vehicles, unloading vehicles, vehicle rentals, and post event responsibilities
Manage Lasso inventory system ensuring up-to-date inventory items and quantity
Assist team with running the the overall operations of our productions
Oversee vendor/freelancer data base and invoice approvals
Attend weekly production meetings as needed
Assist in the warehouse as needed
Additional duties as assigned
Experience:
Experience: 3-5+ years in event production management
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in one more more of the following: audio, video, lighting, rigging, power
Preferred: Working knowledge of Vectorworks, Google Suite, and project management software
Client-Facing Skills: Experience interacting with executives and senior-level professionals

MUST be located in Utah.Warehouse based in American Fork Utah, with the ability to travel for events as needed. This is a hybrid position with a mix of remote, warehouse, and on-site work. A majority of our events are local.
