Responsibilities include: Patients treatment plans, presenting and scheduling also preauthorizations. Calling on Insurance benefits,data entry and setting up appointments for patients. Answering multiple phone lines and calling patients to set up appointments for their dental cleanings and treatment needs. Scanning documents and attaching them correctly to patients’ charts.
Making sure practice systems are followed and an efficient smooth flow for patients’ appointments are maintained.
Qualifications
Candidates must have experience with Dentrix software.
They must be efficient, provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional attire and demeanor at all times. They must have a great work ethic and be able to find ways to be productive throughout each day.
As part of this they should be able to demonstrate multitasking and time management skills.
They should show consistent improvement through the appropriate application of ideas, systems, and methods to improve the patient experience, and to promote the continued growth of the practice.
Also candidates should be capable of thinking ahead to anticipate needs. Candidates must have a positive, respectful attitude, demonstrate dependability, team work, and have excellent people skills including the ability to handle an occasional disgruntled patient. Candidate must be able to follow directions and accept any training from the Office manager.
Requirements:
Dentrix exp.
Minimum of 1 years dental experience preferred
Willing to Train a Fast Learner Spanish speaking a plus
