Need someone to help on our food truck this summer. May 23rd until Sept 30th. Job is part-time.
We need help on Fridays and Saturdays mostly with other days added as needed. Ability to work well alone, handling tickets every so often. No need to take orders. Hours are 11am-5pm, so your shift would start at 10:30am to 5-5:30ish.
Proficient in various cooking techniques, including grilling, frying, and sauting.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Ability to lift 40lbs
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel.
Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications accurately.
Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
Ability to walk short distances to the other kitchen and dumpster.
