Compensation: $42,000-$45,000 annually + 1br/1ba apartment included in compensation package + meals while working.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny for a large, busy family located out of state. The family requires someone willing to be a live-in nanny. The nanny will have private accommodations in a brand new accessory dwelling unit on the family’s property. This position is ideal for someone who can bring structure, stability, and energy to the home, supporting both childcare and household management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Childcare & Education: Provide daily care and supervision for the children, supporting homeschooling and age-appropriate activities.
- Household Support: Assist with keeping the home clean and organized, including housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands.
- Routine & Structure: Help maintain a calm, structured environment to support the family's busy schedule.
- Flexible Scheduling: Core hours are 7:30am - 12:30pm and 4:30pm - 7:30pm, Monday through Friday. The candidate should be open to occasional flexibility for date nights, overnight stays, and other family needs.
- Team Player: Willingness to take on various tasks that ensure the household runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Several years of experience as a nanny or experience raising a family.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate and live in the provided accessory dwelling unit.
- Confident & Proactive: A strong, confident candidate who can take initiative in both childcare and household tasks.
- Household Management: Comfortable assisting with all aspects of running a home.
- Drug-Free: Must be responsible, reliable, and drug-free.
- Religious Alignment: Able to align with and respect the family’s Christian (LDS) values.
