Customer Service Agent
Pay:$12 an hour($0.50 increase after 6 months)-Full-time, Part-time
Monthly Bonus:Up to $800 starts after training and is paid monthly, this is NOT commission as we don’t do sales
Training:4 weeks Full Time paid training

The Details:
Answering basic inbound credit card questions for our US customers. This will be anything from taking a payment to filing a lost stolen report (don’t worry we will train you)
Training is full time for 4 weeks Monday-Friday, it’s important you have all the information you need to be successful
We have Full Time Positions. We have Part Time Positions. Ask us about it. Schedules will include at least 1 weekend day.
We have flexible schedules for students after training
You will have a dedicated Team Leader supporting you all along the way
This is truly a customer service position, no sales or pressure with unimportant metrics. We only use metrics that make for a good employee and customer experience. What does that mean?
We don’t hold our employees to average handle time (AHT) it doesn’t make sense in the Customer Service world to limit the amount of time a customer may need
Inbound calls only, they actually want to talk to you!
No sales, really, we mean it!
