Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory/Asset Management Specialist to join our team for a short-term contract engagement. This role will involve working directly on-site at our client’s facility in Park City, UT during standard business hours. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in assessing and improving inventory management processes and assisting with the implementation of SAP warehouse management systems. Expertise in Inventory Management: Leverage your detailed knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices to optimize our client's warehousing and supply processes.
Process Evaluation & Improvement: Analyze existing workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend best-in-class improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
SAP Warehouse Management Support: Collaborate with internal teams to assist in the development and implementation of SAP warehouse management systems that align with the client’s operational objectives.
Transaction Accuracy & Quality Assurance: Ensure all warehouse transactions are processed accurately.
Schedule & Compensation:
This is a full-time, on-site contract position lasting 2-3 months with potential to extend.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of relevant experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and quality in every aspect of inventory and warehouse management procedures.
Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with implementing ERP systems such as SAP and familiarity with barcoding and RF scanning technologies.
