Director of Engineering

Lead our engineering team and oversee all aspects of the engineering and maintenance operations for the property.  Play a key role in ensuring the appearance, functionality and integrity of the property are optimized while implementing strategies that support efficiency and sustainability.  Focus on providing efficient service that contributes to meaningful guest experiences and maintains the physical assets at their highest level.Emphasis on planning, organizing and directing activities that are concerned with the maintenance structures, facilities and systems.Provides a high level of property maintenance knowledge and expertise.Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation.Develops and implements strategies that will deliver products and services, which meet or exceed the needs and expectations of guests and employees while maximizing the financial performanceMentor and inspire a team of engineers fostering a culture of accountability, excellence and proactive maintenance practices.
