As a Concierge, you will:Provides guests with information about the local area, attractions, restaurantsAssist guests with booking/scheduling attractions, restaurant reservations,Assists guests with booking transportation; airline boarding passes and travel information if necessaryHelps resolve minor guest complaints in order to provide the guest with the best experienceBuild relationships with other businesses and departments to improve guest experienceOther duties as assigned
