Procurement Specialist

Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for purchasing, procurement and inventory control for Operations. Together, the Logistics Department ensures that our servicing teams have everything needed to provide a quality service for our customers.

• Compensation: $14 – 16/hr. (DOE)

• Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

• Purchasing and procurement for Operations.
• Perform data and trend analysis in order to report trends to Technical Specialist.
• Manage the vendor/distributor relationship.
• Accurately enter information into various computer programs within established time limits.
• Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare for data entry.

Qualifications

• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets (required)
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with some direction.
• Ability to solve issues in a cooperative and understanding manner.
• Able to maintain and foster strong relationships with key partners.
• Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.
• Team player who works productively with wide range of people.
• Effective listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Problem solving and analytical ability.
