Duties:
Break Picker:
Floor level picking orders that are less than case quantity. Physical - standing, walking, pushing, lifting boxes and totes. Pick to totes on a rolling cart and must be able to maneuver a rolling cart that can weigh up to 75 lbs. once filled with orders. Lifting totes off cart will be required. Picked totes go to the manifest station then to packers. This position may rotate between picking, manifest (details below), and packing. Manifest receives the picked totes, gets all the paperwork together on the computer (bill, shipping label), and sends on to the packers. This person may help will pack boxes by moving everything from the cart to the box.
Bulk Picker:
Operate order picker to pick master cases of items for orders. Place pulled items on pallet and label. Accumulate orders, record items pulled, report shortages and transport completed orders to distribution point, staging area or shipping dock. May return/place stock in storage area at proper bin or storage location. May take inventory or stored items. May operate forklift and power jacks or use manual carts and pallet jacks. May be required to do cycle counts, as necessary. Order Picker experience if preferred. If someone has picking experience and isn’t afraid of heights, we are willing to train them on the order picker.

PPE & Safety - Break Pickers, Bulk Pickers, and Receivers are all required to wear steel/composite toe safety shoes/boots. All temps will be provided with a yellow safety vest.
Work Schedule - The hours for all positions are M-F from 8:00-4:30 with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
Overtime - We build in OT during the week. Temp team members must be available to work OT during the week as needed.
