RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in need of 3 Project Managers for contract-to-hire roles.
These positions will be responsible for the following:The Project Manager will ensure the approved Project Management Framework is followed for all projects. They will ensure all assigned projects have deliverables, budgets, and reports, following procedures and frameworks. The Project Manager leads project team for the assigned projects, establishing effective project communication plans & ensures project status updates are communicated.Additional Duties of the Project Manager include: Works with the responsible Information Technology managers to establish technology requirements for project completion Prepares the agenda and minutes for assigned projects Establishes and maintains effective communications, coordination, and working relations with Senior Management, assigned project resources, and staffREQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience Experience in various environments, ie. Agile, Waterfall, and the in-between Experienced in presenting, setting agendas, and leading groups from various divisions Great writing or oral communication skills Experienced with establishing frameworks and driving processesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
